Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:

• All orders are typically processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. We ship daily and all orders received before 12pm are generally shipped that same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

• Domestic Orders:

  • We offer live shipping rates which are fed directly from our carriers.
  • We currently use Auspost for all orders. 
  • Express shipping is available for domestic orders only.

• International Orders:

  • Regular international shipping can take between 6 to 27 business days.
  • Orders over $250 qualify for free standard international shipping.
  • Express shipping is not currently available for international orders.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number issued by our website.

Shipping Address:

• Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions:

• Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or local regulations. We will inform you promptly if any restrictions apply to your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

• Bong Warehouse is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they've been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

• We reserve the right to update, modify, or change our shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
