We’re Dylan and Joel, two friends who met while designing clothing for Billabong on the Gold Coast Australia. As product designers and business enthusiasts who share a love of all things art and popular culture, we realised there’s a need for great design in the smoking industry. 

Founded in 2022, Bong Warehouse emerged from a shared vision to elevate the smoking industry with thoughtful design and innovation. Drawing on our backgrounds in product design and retail, we set out to reimagine the shopping experience for Australian consumers. With insights gained from working with some of the country's leading brands, we saw an opportunity to fill a gap in the market and create a space where quality, aesthetics, and accessibility come together. Our goal is to help Aussies make informed choices while fostering a culture of creativity and value.

Although our team is small, each individual is proficient at multiple aspects of the company. Dispatch and operations, design, marketing, sales, each member brings a unique set of skills. While some of these roles overlap, it helps by ensuring that every aspect of our business is understood by multiple people so we can make sure all tasks are covered and our customer's needs are exceeded. The undeniable secret weapon is Chelsea. Without her loyalty, dedication and professionalism Bong Warehouse would not exist. She brings years of experience and education to the team.

Sustainability

Vision for the Future of the Industry
We’ve witnessed a change in the negative stigma associated with weed just in the last 10 years and we want to continue to help decriminalise it. We want to create an access point for information to help people make informed decisions about their lifestyle choices. The current laws around certain aspects of the cannabis industry aren’t perfect and we’d like to change it for the better. We aim to continue innovating and expanding our product range, always staying ahead of industry trends and maintaining our commitment to new developments and amazing products in the health and well-being space.
